Growing up in Harare, Zimbabwe, I witnessed civil war
and the overthrow of power by anti-government rebels.
All by age nine. But I used these hardships to fuel my
passion for competition. As an all-round athlete, I was
diving for my country at 15, a member of Zimbabwe’s
national ballet and an avid tennis player. Fast forward a few years, and I worked my way up to be president by age 35. I acquired the Barber Martin Agency as sole owner in 2014, and the
rest, as they say, is history. I am also a proud mom of two amazing daughters with whom I share a passion for travel, adventure
and sports.

Sriram Emani is the Founder and CEO of IndianRaga. He was featured by TEDx Chennai, and in a ‘Spotlight on Arts Entrepreneurs’ for his leadership in building IndianRaga to be the largest global platform for Indian classical arts. He was also a Consultant to Disney Theatrical Group. He was awarded the prestigious Siebel Scholarship at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Previously, Sriram led IndianRaga to win the 2015 Arts Entrepreneurship Award and the US Creative Business Cup.

Pranav Avasarala is a rising senior at Yale University Majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Economics. He is the founder of Funbotics a 501(c3) non-profit organization dedicated to igniting a spark of passion for STEM in youth from under-resourced and underrepresent communities by providing free access to STEM education. Pranav founded Funbotics in 2016 and has grown the organization to hold programs for students across the U.S. in partnership with Creality, Yale School of Engineering and Applied Science, and Yale Pathways to Science. Outside of Funbotics, Pranav is passionate about product development and innovation, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. At Yale, Pranav was also president of the South Asian Society, hosting cultural showcases.
